Executive Directorate

NT-Engineering has a sole executive body — the Director who manages the current activities of the company. The Director is elected by the General Meeting of the Company’s Participants, accountable to them and the Supervisory Board and organizes the implementation of their decisions. Serhii Yatsenko has been the director of NT-Engineering since 2020.

In order to increase the overall efficiency of the company and form a quality management system, the General Meeting of Participants has created the Executive Directorate of the company, headed by the Director of the company, as follows:

  • Denis Tymofeiev, Project Portfolio Technical Manager;
  • Arkadii Uskov, Deputy Director for Departmental Supervision;
  • Liudmyla Bohdan, Deputy Director for Nuclear and Radiation Safety;
  • Mykola Gluschenko, Head of Nuclear Safety Analysis Division.
Serhii Yatsenko
Director of NT-Engineering LLC

He served in the army for more than 20 years as an officer and manager.

After his release, Serhii Yatsenko gained experience in the energy, information technology and finance sectors.

For more than 4 years he held senior positions in the management of a group of regional gas distribution companies.

He worked as Deputy General Director of a financial company.

Participated in the technical support of enterprise automation projects based on Business Automation Software.

Executive in charge of operational management, Company Director.

Radio engineer. 

Yatsenko graduated from the Kyiv Higher Engineering Radio Engineering School of Air Defense. Marshal of Aviation OI Pokryshkin, majoring in "radio engineering".

A graduated with honors of the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade with a degree in International Economics (qualification - Master of International Economics).

Denys Timofeiev
Technical Director of NT-Engineering LLC

More than 13 years of Experience in industrial engineering, 5 years of which in RWE-bioenergy branch.

Held engineering-technological positions in one of the most successful engineering companies of Ukraine JSC «Severodonetskiy ORGHIM»

Started from the project leader and became the top-manager in the leading Ukrainian engineering holding «CTS Group».

Headed the commercial department at the engineering-building group «Maximus».

Executes the expert functions at the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine.

Graduated from the chemical faculty of the Severodonetsk technological institute (STI of the East-Ukrainian National university) as an environmental engineer, then perfected a theoretical base in the full-time postgraduate program of the chemical technology of inorganics profile.

Arkadii Uskov
Deputy director on departmental supervision

More than 30 years in the power industry.

Worked on leading engineering positions at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant during its operation. Participated in the elimination of the Chernobyl accident and the post-accident recovery operations.

Held leading positions in the bodies of state supervision and nuclear regulation of Ukraine.

Worked as Head of the Department of Radiation Safety and Chernobyl NPP issues at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate.

Headed Kyiv State Interregional Specialized Plant.

Worked as the counselor to the head of the State Agency on Exclusion Zone Management.

Graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, majoring in power engineering.

Liudmila Bogdan
Head of Department of Nuclear and Radiation Safety

More than 30 years in the power industry.

For about 20 years she was engaged in scientific activities in the field of "radiation chemistry". During the first years after the Chornobyl accident, she headed the radiochemistry laboratory.

From 1992, she has worked in the state supervision and nuclear regulatory bodies of Ukraine for about 10 years, where she held senior positions. She was involved in the management of radioactive waste and IRS, decommissioning of nuclear power plants and the transformation of Chornobyl into an environmentally friendly facility. Under her leadership, the first radioactive waste management license in Ukraine was prepared and issued. Worked in IAEA committees on the development of regulations.

Since 2000 she has been working in the energy sector for about 20 years. Supervised the development of documents substantiating safety, including reports on the safety analysis of the 4th unit of the Chornobyl NPP, the new safe confinement, dry storage for spent fuel of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, etc.

Graduated from the Physics Department of Taras Shevchenko National University with a degree in Physics, received a PhD degree in Physical Chemistry.

Mykola Glushchenko
Head of Department of Analytical Research on Nuclear Installations Safety

More than 25 years in the power industry.

Has 5 years of practical experience in commissioning after installation of equipment of power plants, including NPPs.

Has been engaged in analytical research on the safety of Ukrainian NPPs with VVER reactors for more than 20 years.

Has a number of international certificates in the field of NPP safety.

Held leading engineering positions at implementation of projects for development of probabilistic safety analyzes of NPPs (including analyzes of external and internal extreme impacts), safety assessments and periodic safety reassessment of NPP, introduction of risk-informed approaches during the operation of NPP.

Graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Nuclear Power Plants and Installations.
