The Supervisory Board of NT-Engineering protects the Company Participants’s rights, controls and regulates the activities of the executive body — the Director and the Executive Directorate, as well as performs other functions within the competence defined by the Company’s Charter and decisions of the General Meeting. The decision of the General Meeting of Company Participants also includes the competence of the Supervisory Board to determine the company’s development strategy and key areas of the company’s activities in the medium term.
The Supervisory Board of NT-Engineering is accountable to the General Meeting of Participants and ensures the implementation of their decisions.
The Supervisory Board is elected by the General Meeting of Participants in the amount of 3 people and acts as follows:
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board — Vitalii Demianiuk;
- Member of the Supervisory Board — Oleksandr Sharhorodskyi;
- Member of the Supervisory Board — Illia Loubenskyi.
Demianiuk graduated from the Theoretical and Experimental Physics Faculty of Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute with specialisation in Solid State Physics.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, master’s degree in Management of Community Development at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
A graduate of the Geneva Institute of International Relations and Development, master’s degree in International Oil and Gas Management.
More than 20 years of experience in the power industry.
He worked as Deputy General Director of the coal association Krasnoyarsk Coal Company.
Former member of the Board of Directors of the power generating company Novosibirskenergo.
Demianiuk headed the group of regional gas-distributing companies Gazex-Ukraine.
He worked as the counsellor to the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, as well as the Deputy Head of the State Agency for Investment and Management of National Projects of Ukraine.

Sharhorodskyi graduated with honours from the Theoretical and Experimental Physics Faculty of Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute with specialisation in Nuclear Physics.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Academy of National Economy.
Management training at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
More than 16 years of experience in the power industry.
He worked as Deputy General Director and Member of the Board of Kubanenergo engaged in energy generating and power supply. Experience in corporate reformation amid evolving wholesale electricity market.
Sharhorodskyi headed various power supply companies, from the stage of licensing and obtaining rights to operate in the wholesale electricity market to the production of up to 1 billion kW⋅h a year.
A stakeholder and manager of a number of investment projects in construction of distributed power generating facilities and alternative energy sources.

Lubenskyi graduated with honours from the Theoretical and Experimental Physics Faculty of Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute with specialisation in Nuclear Physics.

He headed the risk management and financial management departments of Chase Manhattan Bank.
Leadership experience in logistics coordination and financial management in a project for chemical plant production capacity relocation in Burntisland, Scotland, United Kingdom.
Successful implementation of a number of industrial and financial projects in different countries across Europe while acting as a project management and financial adviser.
