Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of NT-Engineering protects the Company Participants’s rights, controls and regulates the activities of the executive body — the Director and the Executive Directorate, as well as performs other functions within the competence defined by the Company’s Charter and decisions of the General Meeting. The decision of the General Meeting of Company Participants also includes the competence of the Supervisory Board to determine the company’s development strategy and key areas of the company’s activities in the medium term.

The Supervisory Board of NT-Engineering is accountable to the General Meeting of Participants and ensures the implementation of their decisions.
